I’m taking you from Informational Centers to Centers of Action!

I see fires burning bright but, low and contained in old oil drums. This self-kept flame hovered and warmed the worn, rugged hands of prophets. The informational stream of intimacy between the Father and his friends fed and fueled, a longed-for heat. Visitors' occasion, brought close to cover in coats of promise, sent away with a dancing flame that will ache to grow in a few short weeks, if not days.

You’ve created hubs of intimate knowledge, information that strikes but doesn’t grow. You’ve walked in humble solitude, content but knowing there’s more. I am breathing action into your flames, a fire that will grow beyond measure; recognize, and discern the DNA of my exhaled winds. The disruptive breath of life! The breaking breath of life! The dismantling breath of life!

Point my people toward those with the apostolic gift who can give direction and action.

Walking away with a prophecy — your hands carrying the warmth of the contained fire — is no longer sufficient. We must be lit on fire ourselves in order to carry the fire and not simply its warmth. Collecting your prophetic words and watching intently as they collect dust without the partnership of your action is not what God is after. The apostolically gifted people in your life should be sought out and brought in to offer building plans, direction, and a challenge to action.

Your partnership with God and the prophetic should be extended to encompass those you share oneness with. Their gifts are a vital asset to you as much as you are a vital asset to them.

God is not a God of containment nor will He be contained. Therefore He does not want His people contained either.

Containment can feel like a safe place for a while, and sometimes it is. But stay in that place too long and it becomes confinement.

Consider with God where you have been keeping Him contained.

Consider ways and areas in which you have allowed people or systems to contain you. Or ways you have practiced self-containment.

Pray for more capacity, more stretching in the Spirit, and more enlargement. Ask for Holy Spirit fire on the inside of you to be ignited into TRANSFORMATIVE ACTION. For yourself, and the people and territories around you and beyond.
