Our Stewardship Branches
Goose Creek Farm
Land stewardship, animal care, planting, harvesting, and equipment maintenance. (Hands-on, outdoor work)
Root & Bloom Mercantile
Guest hosting, merchandising, donation intake, and support for church service turnover. (Public-facing, indoor work))
Communications
Social media, content creation (writing/video), and website maintenance. (Remote or flexible work)
Administrative Support
Assisting the Steward of Operations or Financial Steward with organizational, data entry, or compliance tasks. (Skills-based, periodic work)
Our Support Structure: Stewardship and Care
1. Support and Training
Your direct point of contact for all tasks, scheduling, and hands-on training are Michael Fry the Steward of Goose Creek Farm or Robyn Duncan, the Root & Bloom Steward. They are your partner in the day-to-day work, providing the necessary guidance and clarity so you can be successful in your role.
2. Spiritual Support and Culture
John and Angie Peters, our Senior Stewards serve as the anchor for our ministry's culture and spiritual life. They are your resource for organizational vision, leadership development, and spiritual counsel. Our commitment is to ensure you feel the security of belonging and the simple relief of our culture of restorative grace.

Rhythm & Boundaries: We encourage you to serve within your capacity and feel empowered to step back or shift roles when needed. Your well-being is valued.
Confidentiality: Personal stories and prayer requests shared in ministry spaces are not to be repeated outside of those spaces.
